黃埔可以話係美食集中地,而今日就黎食下川菜,出一身汗!今次店舖位置好易搵,地鐵站一出,行過幾步路就到!入到去間舖唔算大,但勝在環境整潔。所以如果想食真係要早少少黎!😋。🌟 雞絲粉皮 (麻醬) $48作為前菜,今次叫左呢款涼菜。麻醬最忌太濃太un胃,又或太稀同粉皮分家咁。今次就做到醬、皮合一,充滿花生粒麻醬濃度適中,唔會太膩。粉皮亦唔會太淋,食落爽滑,為今餐開左個靚頭!。🌟 點匠擔擔面(小辣) $50一上黎最搶眼就係個湯底,辣迷實在食指大動!食落湯底相當惹味,辣中帶香,面條亦軟硬適中,相當配合。而且食完唔會太濃太膩,食完感覺幾爽。食果陣,一啖湯,一啖面,絕配也!😋。🌟 自選乾鍋 (香辣鍋底)$172(配菜:美國肥牛、雞軟骨、年糕、娃娃菜)上菜果下,第一個反應係:今次大陣仗!真係比我想像中更豐富,色澤亦見相當靚,食慾+100!其實點菜之後,我同友人都好驚d配菜都好唔搭咁。但係上菜後,呢個擔憂係多餘既。食落夠辣、夠麻、夠香,一路食落去愈食愈香,配埋店舖附有既蕎麥茶,正好解油解辣,結果一啖又一啖就食曬了。整體而言,食物香而不油、辣而不膩,難得地覺得就算辣都要食落去。而職員亦主動提供協助,耐心介
