To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 當得知此處拿了米芝蓮三星不多不少有個問號,想不到為什麼會有三星級數,這一層常經過,但唯獨這裏未吃過午餐以及晚餐,拿了三星就索性找天請家人來飲個茶食個飽孝敬他們,訂位都不難,三,四天前訂也沒有問題,先來試下午市水準如何才作考慮,來這裏吃沒有考慮價錢,因為家人比金錢重要得多,不幸的因母親工作關係未能一起往此處飲茶,都算一大遺憾,訂了十二時,遲了少許到達.未吃點心就來一客這裏出名的菜色,賣相不錯,一碟八件,二個人分已經足夠.乳豬配上蝦膠會怎樣,乳豬片吃落非常脆口,丁點苦味也沒有,而蝦膠也十分爽口,每一件是黏得緊,這一款做得十分美味,有人說像壽司,的確似的,二百元一客雖然不便宜,但值得一吃的菜色,家人吃得津津有味,蝦餃賣四十二元,其實真的不昂貴,沙田18也比這裏賣得貴,有些普通的酒樓,一夾蝦餃已經首身異處,蝦餃皮也夠薄,蝦肉新鮮美味,而內有筍在蝦餃內,吃落夠爽口,很不錯的蝦餃!是原隻鮑魚"仔"放在酥皮上,而是切成細粒,而用上醬汁一起放在酥皮內,酥皮脆而軟熟,這間做的板有一定水準,而內部熱燙,差點傷及其舌頭,賣的是五十元二隻比起剛蛋達還要便宜,而其味道也比蛋撻好吃,下次再來就要其他酥!服務不錯,

服務不錯,侍應夠醒目,吃點心的價錢不貴,水準是不錯,二人埋單八百元,作為三星店子算是便宜,純碎吃午市不能看到一切,還要吃埋晚飯才見真章,
