環境5分:樓上酒樓裝修到好似個古城咁好有氣勢同霸氣,D位闊落又舒服,比以前稻香高級多多聲,畀佢五分。衛生4分:碗碟餐枱茶水都好乾淨,電子掃瞄點菜免接觸,點心大部份一人一籠,衛生可以畀四分。服務4分:服務員唔多,但上菜快,肯幫老人家,可以畀四分。味道4分:1) 燉湯孖寶個花生眉豆雞腳煲豬骨湯味夠濃,好足料同夠火候。2) 孖寶個雪菜肉絲炆米都幾大碟,濕爽好味。3) 廚鮮孖寶個咕嚕肉非常爽脆,果D菠蘿新鮮切出黎,又甜又多汁。4) 孖寶個和風櫻花蝦炒飯嘢味夠乾身。5) 南翔小籠包皮就夠薄,不過就唔夠湯汁。6) 生拆鮮蝦餃入面隻蝦就好爽,係個蝦餃皮太厚出事。7) 原蝦燒賣皇大大隻又好味。抵食3分:點心價逐粒計好似仲貴過D酒店中餐廳,茶錢都要成十六蚊,似係食新裝修,見好食先畀三分。
