To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約咗個朋友今日嚟呢度食飯，一入到去地方好寬敞，雖然話係酒樓中菜廳，但係都冇嗰個嘈吵嘅感覺，兩個人撐枱腳點左四個點心，每個都好靚同埋好新鮮，好好味。首先嚟嘅係蘆筍蝦餃王，皮好薄有碎菜，靚靚樣咁，之後就嚟咗個腐皮（睇圖）sorry呢個真係唔記得咗個名腐皮整嘅餸菜我算食咗大半碟，所以可想而知幾好食，繼而就係黑魚子燒賣，正呀，真係好新鮮！最後就係朋友額外點嘅叉燒煎蛋飯，黎到之後熱辣辣食好開心，窩心呀少少半肥瘦好邪惡，是次係很好嘅酒樓體驗
