To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 始入秋,是時候進行更多戶外活動,是日計劃一家人到山頂行山,出發前先醫肚,點心早餐會是好選擇。一家人 order 了四款點心,款款不同。枱的設計及餐具是一般茶餐廳式膠制,很平民化。先上枱是酥皮焗叉燒包,酥皮外層焗得金黃,非常脆,而內層的叉燒剛焗好,咬下超熱辣辣的,蜜汁味超濃,讚!馬拉糕基本都是熱的,但有點不夠味,而且用筷子夾下去即散,不夠實,這個點心不推荐。叉燒腸皮薄餡夠,叉燒半肥瘦的食起來很有咬感,下甜豉油後更好味。牛肉我沒有試,老婆說足料,不覺下了發粉,牛肉味亦好濃,下'硤'汁鮮味十足。
