之前聽朋友講位於旺角東站2樓的小王府,飲茶點心超可愛又好食,趁今日放假便和阿女去試一試,因為係早茶嘅關係,我哋10:30去到已有好幾台茶客,一坐低便急不及待點了一些比較有創意而且推介的點心,到結帳時全單仲有八五折,抵食👍重點推介小蜜蜂流沙包,做型可愛神似蜜蜂,撕開一半包內的奶皇流沙馬上如噴泉般爆出嚟,濃香的鹹蛋黃加入幼滑吉士奶黃醬,另味道提升不少,實在太好味所以我一口氣就吃了兩個另一可愛造型就係鵝肝鹹水角,造型似啤梨肥嘟嘟很可愛,只睇外表完全唔知道入邊係鹹或甜,外脆內軟配上特製鵝肝餡料,構思創新酥皮菠蘿叉燒包,除了叉燒還有真正的菠蘿肉,味道出奇哋夾,真係出乎我意料之外蝦餃果然係佢哋嘅招牌推介點心,每粒都用薄薄的水晶皮包入大量嘅蝦肉和少許筍粒,肉質鮮甜爽口彈牙,食著一粒接一粒停不了口春卷皮包着卡邦尼醬同蟹柳來炸,我都係第一次食,配搭新鮮香脆好味軟糯的腸粉皮包着脆脆油炸鬼,再在內包着彈牙大蝦🍤加入自家製甜豉油同食,口感層次豐富,妙絕👍一般茶樓的鮮竹卷都係上湯或者蠔油,而小皇府就用新鮮蕃茄加茄膏煮成上湯,再放入鮮竹卷一同蒸,味道酸酸甜甜很開胃,就算食多兩條都唔會覺得溜滯😋
