常常晚飯時間經過旺角老點,不明白為何那麼多人要晚上吃點心……今天終於來探個究竟,慶幸7時前去到,即時有位坐。食物種類不算多,但大部份都好有特色。先來個蜜瓜海底椰燉唐排順氣一下,燉湯不油膩,味道清甜,連唐排肉都很入味,一個人喝下一整碗是挺飽肚的! 百花釀魚肚,一般吃的魚肚都是顏色偏黃且又濕又軟的,但這個魚肚很實淨,比白糖糕還要厚,浸滿清甜又不油膩的魚湯,帶丁點黏咀。聽說竹筒飯好出名,時下食臘味應該不會有錯了吧! 米飯屬乾身,咀嚼要花點氣力,且臘味的氣味與味道都好淡,點個正路的排骨飯,應該會比較好!紅魚子海皇餃,蝦餃皮薄且晶瑩剔透,原隻新蝦加入了紅魚子,除了增加口感外,味道亦帶有點魚味﹗戚風斑蘭馬孻糕,淡淡的斑蘭氣味,顏色與味道均不錯,但我喜歡偏向鬆軟的那種。
