好耐冇食點心,咁啱經過銅鑼灣就嚟試吓,起時代廣場行過嚟都好方便,行到街市尾端果間就係喇。 佢嘅點心款式都幾多,而且仲加入新派元素。✨黑松露蝦餃( $37 ):佢d 餃皮薄得黎幾Q彈,蝦肉紮實彈牙,又有黑松露同蔥既香味。✨黑金流沙包( $28 ):個包摸上手微微暖,本身以為唔會好流心,點知一撕開啲餡咇晒出嚟。個流沙好香咸蛋黃味,最驚喜入面仲有大大舊咸蛋黃,真係超正👍🏻✨XO醬菜苗餃($34 ):賣相都幾靚,加咗XO醬辣辣地好惹味,菜苗餃食落多汁,非常好食。✨龍蝦汁鮮竹卷( $37 ):其實呢個龍蝦汁味道唔算好出,不過個鮮竹卷就真係好好食。大大件而且食落仲有少少脆脆地,入面係勁多餡添😋✨春風得意腸($38): 呢個又係好好食,腸粉皮薄有彈性,入面仲有蝦肉粟米同埋脆脆既米網,好香口。✨千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕( $34 ):呢個食法都係第一次,感覺幾新鮮。賣相有d 似炸鮮奶🤣,個皮好鬆脆,入面啲蘿蔔糕仲有粗身蘿蔔粒,加埋千島醬都幾夾幾好食,如果炸粉薄啲更加好。✨3.6牛乳奶凍太陽蛋($28): 呢個真係好得意,開頭以為蛋黃係一啲芒果醬,點知原來唔係。佢個質地有啲似鬼口水🤣食落又唔係芒果味,甜甜地又帶
