To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日午市(11:00左右)拿飛,等左幾個字先有得入座,安排一張四人枱。不過等候過程眼見攞3-4人枱會快好多,唔知佢點安排。首先係酒樓環境欠佳,餐枱上面的冷氣機岀風位滴水!滴左落啲食物度,起初唔為意。但滴第二次時才抬頭發覺有冷氣機滴水問題,食物已經食左落肚,真係十分嘔心。重點係食物味道差,點心選擇少。蝦餃燒賣改個貴格名,例如:$18.8兩粒的松露燒賣。食物質素亦麻麻地,叉燒腸的皮甚厚,料卻很少。牛肉球只食到喼汁的味道,唔知食緊乜肉。唯一能讚的是,其中一個樓面侍應服務友善,不過都係得唯一一個姐姐係咁。
