之前講起Madam Fu,唔少姊妹第一時間諗起食afternoon tea,今次因為要就時間食lunch, 意外發現原來佢其實係食廣東菜、點心既中菜館,亦都因為食飯時間早,可以book到最得女仔心既Pink Room, 真係一入到房就未食先興奮😆其實其他5個主題房,Grand Cafe, The Artist, Whisky Lounge, The Red & Blue Verandas, The Library 都各有千秋,希望之後每個主題房都可以去試吓💖Menu 上既點心選擇唔多,以餃類同包類為主,仲有d腸粉。見到小籠包crossover鵝肝、黑松露,就叫黎試吓,可惜食落口同平時小籠包差唔多味,未算特式。炒飯鑊氣恰到好處,蟹子蟹肉都尚算足料,味道ok口水雞可能配合廣東菜口味,冇四川菜既花椒麻辣香,但勝在肉質鮮嫩,下失為送飯之選腸粉有驚喜,外軟內脆,菇味帶出素菜鮮味叉燒香濃juicy,配合酥皮既香脆,值得推介春卷同豆腐粒炸得外脆內軟,味道香口,整體炸點比蒸點水準高飲品方面,每人可以按自己口味叫茶,我地幾個一人一壺茶,我叫左平時中菜廳少見嘅white tea peony, 非常清新,值
