打完比賽係附近醫肚,經過見到有新餐廳,原來只係開左三個月,門口望餐牌都幾多款式,試下先。泰粵菜式選擇多,唔同人數ge套餐都有,亦有多款串燒。燒生蠔用上日本靚蠔,燒完仲係好飽滿,唔會縮到變蠔仔,無落任何調味,保留生蠔原本鮮味同肉汁,無沙唔臭唔腥,好食!燒原隻魷魚筒最怕燒到又乾又韌,但呢隻無令我失望,配辣椒粉好惹味,老闆娘話用左印度辣椒粉,食得辣的話可以叫辣d。燒茄子落左蒜、蔥同埋辣椒粉,有咁香得咁香,茄子一夾就甩到,燒得夠透!酸菜魚係老闆娘親自推介,因為新出,所以未改得切餐牌,可選紅湯(辣)或白湯(唔辣)。老闆娘話自己好鍾意食酸菜魚,想將呢款美食同食客分享,鑽研左好耐先敢出街,乾椒、花椒同子薑都係精挑細選,湯底以魚及雞熬製,魚係鱸魚,少骨,肉唔易散,每鍋魚肉份量其實多過一條魚,勁足料。湯底一滴醋都無落,酸味來自酸菜同醃蘿蔔,酸得有層次,好開胃。我飲左邊ge鹹檸梳打,鹹檸夠晒味,一飲就gur晒!朋友飲左邊ge龍眼冰,我飲左啖,幾清潤。老闆娘話餐廳開業至今一直嘗試保留受歡迎ge菜式留低,亦不時加入新款,務求將最好ge美食益食家,遲d再去睇下有咩新野先。
