喺高級餐廳以外,食到精緻有水準嘅中菜唔係咁容易,朋友誠意介紹終於搵到間好嘢。口水西瓜 ($78)可以話係想像中嘅味道,最意想不到嘅係西瓜真係超級無敵甜,朋友話口水汁同梅粉起咗一樣嘅作用,引出左西瓜嘅甜味。豉椒帶子煎米 ($108)好有大排檔豉椒炒蜆嘅鑊氣味道,帶子彈牙爽甜。 煎米脆得黎唔會乾,吸晒豉汁味好正,仲要放多陣都保持到香脆,好有水準。陳皮鬼馬咕嚕肉 ($118)成碟都好脆,雖然濃稠嘅獻汁緊緊包滿每一舊肉同油炸鬼,但完全唔會令佢哋變腍,食到尾加多碗飯嚟餸都依然咁好味。 開頭以為面頭嘅係芝士脆脆之類,㗳落係好懷舊嘅九製陳皮,令咕嚕肉酸汁更加有層次。蒜蓉菜心 ($98)簡簡單單一道菜,勝在菜心好新鮮,蒜蓉炒得極香。老陳皮冬瓜燉排骨 ($88)同鮮人嵾花膠燉老雞 ($128)同樣真材實料,份量啱啱好令到人覺得足料得黎又唔會成口渣。 作為女士當然鍾意花膠湯多啲,係真正老火湯熬足一日嘅味道,花膠、雞肉同雞腳全部燉到腍晒,超級養顏。
