To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點解分店之間質素可以相差咁多🥲

作為米線迷 都有少少失望 連鎖店個水準應該都要keep到大概一樣🫠 雖然好難做到每間呢口味口感都一樣 但係我覺得公司應該揾人定期監管一下個質素米線每次份量同淋身度差距都有少少大 真係每次食都有”驚喜” 而雞肉個份量亦都係 有時少到完全唔覺得有一份餸嘅份量 同埋廣源舖頭就夠大啦 位超多 但係人手永遠都唔夠 呢個應該係每間分店嘅通病 一到繁忙時間就完全做唔切 外賣又不停接 等一碗米線可能要等到30分鐘以上 咁如果趕住走或者lunchtime得一個鐘就真係食唔切 搞唔掟🥲
