To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為有時代廣場嘅coupon,星期六夜晚大概8:50嚟到,已經停止左拎飛,職員話可以喺門口等一等安排入座,大概等咗10幾分鐘就有位,職員都溫馨提示要盡快落單。叫咗平時一定叫嘅小籠包,紅油抄手,雞絲粉皮,嫩雞煨麵同豆沙窩餅。我印象中時代嘅翡翠係比一平時分店冇咁好食,點知今次更加嚴重,除咗個小籠包叫做正常之外其他全部都係難食🤢🤢🤢。個雞絲粉皮嘅粉皮好厚,一啲都唔滑,麻醬完全掛唔到上啲粉皮度嘅。紅油抄手,好明顯係啱啱淥起,雲吞仲係勁濕就掉咗落去啲紅油,啲皮林晒又唔入味。嫩雞煨麵個湯底係好稀好水嘅,平時雖較淡味嘅湯底都變咗無味。豆沙鍋餅,個餅係硬晒好似餅乾咁...最難食。唔知係咪趕收工就質素可以差到咁,我諗我寧願食麵包都唔會再係呢間分店食,太差!食物: 2/10環境: 7/10服務:9/10性價比: 2/10
