To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒雞係搵微波爐叮熱堂食你試過未?本來我唔知道,但攞左隻雞食左兩啖啲肉係凍㗎,皮就係熱嘅,肉就係凍嘅,跟住交返俾佢佢就放入微波爐叮,叮完成隻雞d肉係乾晒!另外食燒雞個個都係想食脆雞皮,佢就將醬汁林哂係隻雞度啲雞皮全部林晒,跟著去同個侍應講,佢淨係答你汁另上要加一蚊!火開始黎,跟住大家可以睇吓佢門口相!點睇都係一間餐廳黎,呢個仲好笑,右邊原來係食茶餐廳小菜,左邊就係我領野食燒雞既餐廳,但係都叫百分百!跟住我同另一個客都問可唔可以去右邊食小菜嗰度食雞?因為食燒雞嗰邊得幾張枱好逼夾,佢話唔得因為係兩間餐廳,個侍應仲話係一個集團兩間,喂你唔講真係睇唔出!呢啲咁既老細真係天才!
