To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為一個飲食集團﹐控制質素及管理係好重要﹐但當我去完呢間九龍灣美心後﹐就覺得如果我係伍生就一定會炒左做管理o個個人lor﹗是源我前兩日(即星期一)時﹐因工作關係要到九龍灣﹐工作完畢﹐肚餓餓地﹐搭地鐵前經過美心﹐就心想不如食埋o野先返屋企啦﹗點知真係浪費左我ge金錢﹗叫左一碟脆皮燒肉叉燒飯+可樂﹐都成40蚊o架! 去到燒味部﹐同師傅講碟飯要少汁﹐叉燒要半肥瘦﹐師傅有重覆我ge要求﹐有應我o架﹐但係到我拎碟飯返埋位就知出事啦﹗脆皮燒肉叉燒飯的五宗罪﹕1. 叉燒我叫半肥瘦﹐但師傅比全瘦我2. 全瘦都唔緊要﹐但6舊叉燒有4舊都乾到離晒譜3. 燒肉話明係脆皮﹐但師傅淋汁ge時候淋左落o的燒肉到﹐令到o的皮唔脆 4. 不過唔脆都唔緊要﹐但明知燒肉係鹹o架嘛﹐淋o的汁落燒肉到﹐令o的燒肉鹹上加鹹5. 最差都係個師傅﹐明明知到個客ge要o羊﹐但無樣符合個客ge要求整體來講﹐美心環境係乾淨舒服﹐但如果早知咁難食﹐我就走多幾步路去大家樂就無咁氣頂啦﹗
