To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地四個人去食，星期日預咗要等位，攞飛⋯等叫⋯攞飛大約大半個鐘等到，侍應哥哥一叫就叫咗幾個號碼(因為冇人應機，一叫就要咗4、5個⋯)，同行嘅老人家喺同一層坐低等，已經即時叫老人家行過嚟，同時亦向侍應哥哥講行緊嚟仲有一分鐘到，但係侍應哥哥堅持「未齊人唔入得」(當時我地已有三個人企咗喺度) ，老人家真係一分鐘行到，仲叫咗幾個號碼之後先俾我地入！最好笑嘅係，老人家行到嚟直接問侍應哥哥可唔可以行開去洗手間，佢又話可以喎！究竟係一定要見到4個人認證一下人數，定係入去嗰陣一定要企齊4個人呢？如果侍應哥哥認為我地冇4個人但係要4個位，我都見到有2個人坐4人枱！我唔係因為佢俾人入咗先而唔高興，而係唔係好明點解唔等一分鐘？如果真係一分鐘行唔到嚟，俾其他人入先也應該⋯。我好想知點解，有人知正確原因請答吓我，想知答案！我個人認為，食品唔算特別好食，就係因為呢位侍應哥哥嘅處理手法，令我冇咩興趣再去食了！
