Restaurant: Eat Together
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近來唔知成日去高登黃金。之前響劉森記個食評已經講咗，其實呢條街我選擇唔多。今次就試吓大家食，講真我就一般般。呢間鋪頭都算係大陸佬奮鬥嘅故事，都算幾感人。今次我叫左三餸手搞面，我就唔係好鍾意手攪面，食落有啲似即食麵feel。餸方面OK幾好，有料唔會剩係得兩粒...但服務員好似好騰雞，可能當日唔係長工嚟。最重要我想講點餐紙，俾人感覺太多嘢食。但其實有啲係飯同面分開寫。村老闆，你之後睇我其他食評，有啲日本餐廳只有三個選項。即係成間餐廳得三樣嘢食，當然嗰個我都會比負平。我覺得你可以改善，將同樣餸飯/面寫埋一齊。俾個選項客人就可以。再將點餐紙，整細張啲，你咁樣成本就會有低番啲。
