同老友出去旺角中旅附近買完汽車用品,都已經係晚飯時間,於是就起附近搵下有無好野食!老友左點右點,點左我去呢間點心店,個店名都幾得意!入去啦!地方有少少窄,不過旺角地段貴,係咁架啦,野食先至係最重要,看看點心紙上面有好多新穎點心,一般酒樓少見,當然要盡情點,起點心紙上剔、剔、剔啦!碧綠帶子腸,腸粉皮又薄又滑,帶子鮮甜加埋時菜又好爽脆,唔錯。紅魚子海皇餃,餃皮晶瑩剔透,未食已經見到入面橙黃色嘅魚子同蝦肉,咬落去係原隻大蝦,連埋紅魚子一啖咬入口,認真爽口兼彈牙,皮薄餡靚,絕對係食過番尋味。戚風班蘭馬拉糕,質感很鬆軟,入口有淡淡的班蘭葉味,食完感覺好清新。高湯魚翅灌湯餃,賣相已經好吸引,湯餃上面舖滿魚翅,忍不住咬了一口,餃入面有帶子和蝦,高湯又鮮甜,我一滴不漏將湯全部清哂。吾係老點小漢堡,蝦膠好彈牙,再配埋芥辣同沙律醬,真係正到冇朋友,唔怪得係招牌菜之一,真係要點點。芝心脆炸蝦丸,蝦丸很新鮮,外層脆口,內裡彈牙,一口入去,芝士仲會流出黎,說明係即點即做。愛心白汁芝士磨菇雞批,賣相非常別緻的雞批,曲奇餅皮加上芝士白汁雞肉,酸酸嘅芝士配上嫩雞肉,別出心裁。
