好日都唔碌入嚟,估唔無意發現呢間小店咁高質~老闆同老闆娘都幾好人,推介咗啲招牌菜式俾我哋,串燒$28起唔算好平,但味道取勝~細細間但又坐得舒服,唔會趕人走,下次放工再同朋友嚟🎉⭐️⭐️⭐️必食:日式海鮮砂鍋粥 $108/五花腩串$28/燒蠔$38x2砂鍋粥以磯煮鮑魚、蜆肉、青森縣帆立貝、日式蟹膏入饌,煮得綿密的粥帶幾分鮮味;小卷狀五花腩比起平時厚切/薄燒腩片的口感更豐富,一咬下去油脂四溢,回頭率100%;蠔身肥美新鮮,絕非次貨,調味與火候剛好⭐️⭐️用心之作:燒大虎蝦$55 / 原條魷魚一夜干$88 / 爆漿芝士大啡菇$68大啡菇的芝士如熔岩般流心,碎菇菌與牛油香營造多重口感;至於魷魚,經一夜風乾,形成了一種介於新鮮海貨和乾貨之間的獨特口感,炭烤過後仍保留魷魚原來的彈性,係考驗功架之作;蒜蓉烤虎蝦肉質彈牙叫埋支嘢飲啱啱好~Asahi 清新得嚟唔會搶咗食物味道
