Green pepper pork belly skewer and Angus ox tongue, as their must try and signature, it was seasoned perfectly. So juicy at every bite! 😇My personal favourites 💗are siu mai, mentaiko chicken and signature cheese sausage. Siu mai had a super crispy skin and grilled perfectly. For mentaiko chicken, chicken was topped with mentaiko in which every bite was full of mentaiko flavour! 🤭At last, I fell in love with the cheese sausages as soon as I taste how cheesy it was! 🫶🏻✨Snacks: Grilled portobello with cheese A must try item with mushroom and cheese on top. 💰 人均250每逢中秋佳節，大坑都會非常熱鬧，因為舞火龍的主辦場地正是大坑。平日的大坑比較清靜，有唔少隱世優質小店。今次介紹的黯然燒魂，一聽差點以為係港式叉燒蛋飯，原來係一間日式串燒店。店鋪距離天后只要行幾分鐘即可到達，地方唔大但係食物質素不俗，日式燒物調味比較簡單和著重食材的原有味道，與中式燒物相比，食完都不會太口乾而且不辣，適合2-3人小聚。1）🦪🐚日式海鮮砂鍋粥 $108每次食燒烤都怕熱氣又唔飽，呢個海鮮砂鍋粥口綿密，用料重好有誠意，有磯煮鮑魚、蜆肉、帆立貝、日式蟹膏等，2-3人都夠食！必點！2）爆漿芝士大啡菇🍄🟫$68/2只忌廉味好香，芝士好Creamy又唔會過咸，燒完都好Juicy！3）五花腩串 $38/串賣相不錯，五花腩燒到稍為帶點焦脆即上碟，油脂溶得七七八八，油膩感大減，同時散發著蔥香，肉嫩多汁，共有四款不同口味！4）🐟🦐🐚海鮮拼盤 $188拼盤分別有燒活扇貝、燒活蟶子、燒大虎蝦、燒蠔。燒海鮮最考功夫，燒太耐會嚴重縮水，太快就唔熟。黯然燒魂的海解拼盤無失手，蠔夠肥美Juicy，聖子爽脆又香甜，扇貝大大件又多汁。虎蝦啖啖肉，外脆內部岩岩熟，燒得好入味👍🏽5）黯然炸脾 $68又係一道考功夫的菜式，炸脾外皮卜卜脆，肉嫩又不至太重口味，味道口感都相當出色！

以前住大坑果陣都已經發現多野食😚仲成日經過呢間「黯然燒魂」日式串燒店🍢今次終於可以搵埋同事一齊放工去試下喇😆餐廳裝修好有日本居酒屋既特式，食物選擇都算多，而且係即叫即煮即燒🔥雖然座位唔多，但係食物質素真係好高質❗️⭐爆漿芝士大啡菇上枱果陣熱辣辣🔥芝士鋪滿整個大啡菇勁juicy🤤一咬爆哂芝士，加埋個菇好嫩滑，好邪惡既必食推介🌟⭐️五花腩肉串一串有４件～腩肉燒得岩岩好，油脂味勁香濃❗️配埋香蔥醬同埋蒜蓉好滋味⭐️清酒煮蜆每隻蜆都超飽滿，而且份量多😍湯底有味醂調味，所以味道好有鮮甜味⭐️芝麻雞翼一份有兩隻，燒得好香口🤪但咬口仍然好有肉汁唔會好乾身⭐️安格斯牛肉金菇卷牛肉味勁重，味道層次都唔錯⭐️招牌海鮮砂鍋粥🍲 (二人份量）必點之選原個砂鍋上夠晒熱辣辣🔥鍋粥味道好濃郁香甜又綿滑🥹入面有唔同既材料包括💁🏻♀️非常彈牙既鮑魚、新鮮既蜆肉、嫩滑既帶子同埋好濃蟹味既日式蟹膏，用料非常豐富，鮮味十足。記得要趁熱食呀☺️⭐️蟹肉忌廉餅外皮炸得香脆又唔會油淋淋，忌廉味重，可以一試🤓飲品方面我地order左菠蘿多多同埋蘋果多多，酸酸甜甜解膩一流🥤

麻雀雖小五臟俱全家庭式經營溫馨又好味有個雞六串係日式燒鳥feel牛舌心雞肝都做到7-8成熟，新鮮！安格斯牛，豬腩荔枝卷都係和風燒蠔，聖子王，韭菜，茄子，白鱔，就係國內風，想加辣可配鬼椒粉，真係天靈蓋冒汗！結尾來個清酒煮蜆同海鮮粥係必需的！前者清甜，後者香濃木魚湯味！有黑/白生啤，亦有清酒地方細細好早滿座！老細話可以預訂海鮮添！
