屋企附近開了一間新的港式茶餐廳- 叉燒丼家,但裝修是走深色型格路線,不像一般樸實的茶記。只睇店舖名就估到是主打食叉燒及丼飯,所以餐牌食物選擇不算多,價錢亦不貴。丼家推介有7款,我們當然點了最主打的叉燒丼飯,份量十足,叉燒是用半肥瘦的脢頭肉,用炭火燒得焦香,肉嫩多汁,肉厚味濃,配上脆邊煎雙蛋,蛋汁跟甜甜的醬油撈勻,好好味。另一款主打是蔥花炒蛋脆多士,烘得脆身的多士配上半融的牛油塊及蔥花炒蛋,好味又邪惡。另一邪惡之選是炸大大雞脾,炸得外脆內嫩,不油膩,雞脾切開,仍然肉汁滿滿。為了環保,餐廳用上蔗飲管,比紙飲管為佳。
