To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環食嘢一向都唔平，食晚餐真係要認真諗下食咩好，見到蘭桂坊新開咗can.teen，原來係第四間分店，地理位置好方便，啱晒白領一族呀，我諗都唔使諗啦直接入去，價錢同質素都有信心🤣一望餐牌就比佢嘅皇牌產品「皇牌黯然銷魂飯」吸引，係港式回憶呀，睇下有佢有幾銷魂先😆皇牌黯然銷魂飯係軟嫩焦香嘅叉燒，而且仲係肥叉燒，肥而不膩，真係好耐冇食過咁正嘅叉燒，搭煎埋脆邊嘅太陽蛋🍳，仲有蛋汁，加埋秘制醬油，真係不得之了，而且醬油用嚟撈白飯真係一流，真係令我念念不忘😍泰式龍眼冰又係好正，好清甜，仲有粒粒龍眼肉，飲完好想去泰國旅行🧳，新店限定嘅 can.teen 泰式 assemble 系列都有好多選擇，泰式菠蘿海鮮炒飯、泰式雜錦船河、泰式青咖喱雞/雜菜配白飯、泰式濕炒豚肉河粉，鍾意食泰菜就一定要試下另一款招牌去骨海南雞，雞肉好嫩滑，無骨啖啖肉真係好正，當然唔少得海南雞嘅三色醬啦，油飯都做得好，仲有淡淡嘅香茅味，萵筍絲好爽脆，呢個配搭都好夾，今日嘅中湯係南瓜甘筍栗子豬骨湯，真係好足料，而且好香濃，火喉十足，飲完成個人暖笠笠，CP 值極高
