喺電視見識過鼎爺廚藝,當然好想一試佢嘅味道。今次慕名而來,鼎會館,果然名不虛傳。除左食物,服務亦都很好,值得一讚我地點左每位698套餐肘子菜膽燉鮑翅,分量相當多,翅好彈牙,而且個湯好清,又唔咸,味道控制得剛剛好涼菜孖寶-鮑魚彈牙,但係一啲都唔韌,又夠入味,烹調時間拿捏得剛剛好。酒香話梅蝦-爽脆嘅蝦肉,每啖透出淡淡的酒香,並帶點話梅味,好清新!上湯焗開邊龍蝦龍蝦好新鮮,肉質爽脆彈牙,配以上湯烹調,更顯鮮甜。三葱燜和牛肋骨絕對係出色之作,必食項目,燜得好淋,牛肉味濃,咬落無渣,每啖都滲透出靚牛肉既濃香剁椒蒸東星斑球東星斑採用剁椒烹調,我第一次試呢個配搭,原來好夾,蒸,能令到鮮味保留,亦keep住東星既滑溜,配上剁椒,原來更加提升鮮味。欖菜乾煸四季豆火候剛剛好,四季豆唔會太淋,好出色鮮魚湯腐竹稻庭麵蕃薯糖水呢度既裝修好靚,好闊落,坐得舒適

涼菜孖寶
-鮑魚彈牙,但係一啲都唔韌,又夠入味,烹調時間拿捏得剛剛好。
