今天和家人來試傳說中的鼎級美食,星期六的午市還算多人。肘子菜膽燉鮑翅湯非常清澈甘香,鮑翅很足料,翅是一梳梳的,多得可以用筷子夾起。涼菜孖寶:話梅蝦及鮑魚蝦已去殼,方便食用,爽口彈牙。上湯焗開邊龍蝦口味較清淡,我覺得肉質偏軟點三蔥炆和牛肋骨燜得很入味,牛肋骨很厚一塊,是掌心的大小,牛味很濃,吃完已飽了七八成。酸湯煮肉帶這是相對我吃不慣的口味,酸菜味濃,配上帶子,配搭新穎,家人很喜歡。豉香欖角骨豆豉很香,豆豉能帶起欖角的香味,相當惹味。魚湯鮮腐竹稻庭麵麵質彈呀,魚湯煮成白色,富腐竹香味。蕃薯糖水
