今天是復活節後第一日返工,大家都懶洋洋,不想回家煮飯,於是就和幾個同事一齊揸車入元朗「校長燒肉日韓料理」晚膳。店鋪位置方便,環境不錯卡位坐椅式設計,坐得舒服,是日差不多全餐廳滿座,但不太嘈吵或有濃烈的燒烤味,顯示出它的抽煙系統做得很好,另外食物款式也很多,有熟食、甜品、湯類、不同的烤肉、蔬菜類等,個人最欣賞餐廳醃製的食物(有黑椒牛扒、秘製牛仔粒、自製义燒和雞翼......等等)肉質細嫩,味道不錯,燒起來吃十分惹味,不過偏鹹一點,另外焗靑囗也不錯,大大隻又不會軔,一次也能吃足6、7隻。
