辛苦工作都係為左食餐好,今日同兩位朋友相約食Omakase,可以邊食邊傾,爽!銅鑼灣都有好多日本料理,最後搵到螢壽司,因為一星期會有兩日的飛機貨,要食就要食好點。我地點了中上價錢的廚師發辦套餐,有五款刺身,五件壽司,湯,熟食,天婦羅及甜品,自己就食到好飽,但隔離兩個大食妹妹就唔飽,哈~坐低師傅會問有什麼不吃,之後就送上前菜。首塊刺身是白身魚-金目錭,粉嫩透徹,魚味一如白身魚,口感爽口魚味較淡。第二種是北海道帆立貝,帆立貝口感柔軟,師傅加上柚子汁及岩鹽輕輕調味,品嚐到海水味柚子的酸甜及岩鹽的味道,層次豐富好好味呢。第三種是魚油豐富的深海池魚 ,上台時已經以自家製木魚花醬調味,不過卻沒有搶去刺身的鮮味,刺身入口即溶,加上醬汁更顥錦上添花!第四五種是拖羅 ,是最肥美的部分,脂肪滿佈,作為刺身小小的一件剛剛好,不會太膩但又有幸福感。而燒過拖羅的油脂香更特岀更有層次,好正。之後就是小休,送上熱食,油甘魚鮫以煎的方式調製,不要看它好像很多骨,其實魚肉是蠻多的,魚肉扎實口感滑嫩,只是有點略油。天婦羅 包括 海蝦,白身魚,青椒,南瓜。海蝦超大隻肉質彈牙,而且粉漿不厚不油膩,正呀。接著就是壽司時間,師傅

海蝦超大隻肉質彈牙,而且粉漿不厚不油膩,正呀。

雪白色的濃魚湯,唔腥又有膠質,飲完覺得自己皮膚都靚左,必飲!
