To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚收工後本來想簡簡單單食餐晚飯，所以就揀咗呢間茶餐廳，但坐低後發現茶餐廳竟然有打邊爐食，覺得幾吸引，於是我哋就試吓呢個打邊爐有四個唔同嘅煲，平時雞煲食得多，侍應話佢哋啲牛腩煲係用新鮮牛腩，一於就叫呢個我哋叫咗麻辣嘅BB辣，份量好多，一大煲！配菜都有好多，食到好飽牛腩炆到非常之入味同 “林”身，好正，個汁辣辣地非常惹味，好食呢碟肥牛係送嘅，都可以接受，如果再瘦多少少就好啦食左個牛腩煲之後就叫其他打邊爐料啦由於太肚餓，先叫咗一大碟野食先排骨好好食，估唔到食落去一啲都唔韌，好得！再encore排骨，豬頸肉都唔差幾好食牛腩煲個汁實在太香，所以叫左碟米線放入牛腩煲度煮，變成牛腩米線每人包2杯飲品
