To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係十，10月，一日之前嘅9月30號，我同我女朋友聽日就去日本玩啊好開心啊，噉呢今日呢我哋就嚟咗屯門黃金海岸酒店咩。噉我哋就嚟咗一間，誒沙爹軒嚟試下下午飯，真係好肚餓喇，等到12點幾都先食嘢仲要車鉤，但喺呢度有個好處呢就係七五折嘅食嘢，噉記得下次唔好出口咗先至嚟食嘢喎，噉我哋呢度食嘢呢就試咗個招牌菜，就係海南雞飯。另外呢日結都結咗條魚，噉樣試下呢度嘅廚師手勢啦。噉我哋叫咗半隻海南雞不過跟住就好似麻麻地一樣黑，噉試下個雞油飯好唔好味。
