To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為今年新年會唔喺香港過，所以提早同屋企人一齊食團年飯。唔想喺屋企自己煮咁辛苦，諗起之前食過真味鮮廚啲海鮮幾好，就決定今晚黎呢度食啦😊上湯開邊焗本地龍蝦兩隻跟伊麵($428/套餐) :龍蝦好新鮮好彈牙，仲啖啖都係肉😍😍濃湯花膠泡翡翠(跟套餐):花膠好淋同好薄，唔係好食到花膠味，但係啲白菜仔分量好多😆XO醬蝦球炒帶子($138): 有5粒帶子，4粒蝦同大量西芹，可惜我唔食西芹😂😂 啲蝦好大隻好彈牙，但係食落冇蝦味;帶子都算大隻，同埋有鮮味👍🏻上次喺富臨食過有史以來最難食嘅龍蝦，真係諗起都驚🙈🙈今次食完真味鮮廚嘅龍蝦之後，我應該都唔會去其他茶樓食啦😆因為今次真係好好食✌🏻✌🏻
