慕名而來試呢間過江龍餐廳,食我大愛的龍蝦。龍蝦煮法好多選擇,竟然有避風塘煮法,不過我們還是選擇西式,意大利辣味龍蝦意粉,龍蝦要左兩磅重。龍蝦非常新鮮彈牙多汁,絕對不是急凍貨,蝦膏油伴碟用來伴脆多士,好甘香!煎三文魚也是推介菜,實在很少餐廳可以把魚煎得滑,這個煮得令人滿意。不過松露磨菇手工薄餅及炸魷魚不推介,又硬又乾。用餐前免費送來車打芝士鬆餅,很有咸香味,不過多吃就有點膩了。龍蝦是必吃菜,最好預一人食一磅,咁先夠暢快!
