鹽燒美國生蠔: 鮮味不足.
蝦膠釀雞中翼: 蝦膠冇味.
燒風鱔: 鱔皮燒得有点過火.
鉄板蒜蓉花甲: 好油, 花甲沒有鮮味.
燒墨魚咀: 燒得有点干.
肥牛露筍卷: 露筍太老, 肥牛太干.
蒜蓉花螺: 唔新鮮, 好鯹.
燒帆立貝: 冇味, 燒得有点干.
燒雞翼尖: 份量太少.

TIPS: 必加孜然粉&辣粉會好味好多. 仲有必配Hoegarden Beer !!

份量太少, 一點也不平. 有進步空間 !!
