To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 4年前帶女朋友來過太湖一次,當時點了金湯焗龍蝦回味無窮,今晚是紀念日,終於再次來太湖用餐。一如以往,一班侍應很健談,亦給了我們點菜上的意見,幸好聽他們說沒有一次過點所有想食的,要不是又做了大嘥鬼。脆皮BB鴿和女友有默契地都想吃,鴿肉嫩滑多汁,皮脆金湯焗龍蝦今次點了一隻較抵食的加拿大龍蝦,龍蝦由魚缸新鮮挑出,肉質彈牙,金湯依然濃郁,煎米粉底加上了龍蝦的金湯汁很快就清了碟叉燒燒腩雙拼餐牌只有單點,但問了侍應可以雙拼,叉燒略肥但入口就是好味,燒腩就跟一半燒腩差不多白雪尋龍很有小說味道的菜名,事實是蛋白蒸斑球,蛋白蒸得很香,沒有蒸過火及很滑,班塊肉質很結實最後有紅豆沙及蛋散作糖水及甜品,但真的太滿足,我們只要了紅豆沙。香港是個美食天堂,各式各樣菜式都可以在香港吃到。慶祝紀念日不一定要到西餐廳,兩個人到粵式餐館也是一個選擇。
