To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一連幾日假期，疫情仲係咁梗係冇得飛，老伴竟然book 左 #Staycation ，去酒店玩2日1夜當渡假！個package仲包埋我最鐘意嘅Dinner Buffet，真心抵！呢期主題係龍蝦🦞 淨係龍蝦已經有好多款式供應 ，有芝士焗啦，有凍食啦，有龍蝦伊麵，龍蝦壽司，龍蝦湯,  龍蝦沙律… 仲有每枱都有一個sea food platter， 包括有翡翠螺，青口，海蝦同蟹腳，淨係呢碟sea food platter 同龍蝦🦞已經值回票價！熱食仲有牛扒，仲出奇地好味添！仲有仲有，呢期係時令芒果甜品！真係食到捧住個肚走！超滿足！值得一讚餐廳嘅安排，拎嘢食當然要戴口罩，大部份去拎嘅嘢食都係有玻璃櫃封住只開一個小窗口交食物，真係得安心又放心。 非常大滿足嘅一餐 ！
