之前係大埔都食過呢間餐廳,今次係中環開咗分店,決定再嚟試下由米芝蓮三星團隊打造嘅分子料理x法餐。龍蝦餐有8道菜式。由頭盤去到甜品,每一道菜都會加入龍蝦肉,真材實料。澳洲小龍蝦剌身第一次食龍蝦刺身,食出龍蝦最新鮮的一面~焦糖法國鵝肝撻鵝肝撻表層係焦糖脆脆,內面係入口即溶嘅鵝肝,芬芳濃郁~脆炸珍稀軟殼龍蝦沙律龍蝦炸到好似天婦羅咁~配上清新沙律🥗法式龍蝦湯顏色紅亮,香味濃郁。香煎原隻澳洲小龍蝦原隻澳洲小龍蝦,肉質爽口彈牙,少少嚼勁,簡單嘅調味料已經好食。法國活濃龍蝦汁配是日精選牛牛扒5成熟,仍然保持粉嫩色,油脂較豐富,油香感法式香烤龍蝦汁燴薏米飯欣賞廚師用上薏米飯,口感比一般米飯,飯粒更分明,似risotto ,但功效更多,消水腫、清熱祛濕。龍蝦柚子雪葩清新開胃的甜品,龍蝦肉作點綴,看上去即刻矜貴咗。忌廉加拿大海膽意粉大大嚿海膽成為呢道菜的主角,挺身飽滿,有濃郁的香氣最後點了2杯人氣cocktails,過一個happy Friday~💓Puppy Love💓Earl Grey Martini
