就算阿水哥唔係到做，掌門又收左山，要行運始終都行運。鮮茄雞絲飯配菜乾湯，菜乾湯足料足火喉又夠味。鮮茄唔太酸，配起雞絲好開胃，碟飯女仔食就有d多得滯，男仔食就岩岩好。凍啡完全係港式味道，老香港風味，值得保留。
