To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去過呢間係觀塘Eastcore嘅點心專門店飲早茶，今次就試下佢嘅晚市外賣😋呢間「茶樓」裝潢用左卡通化嘅古代茶居設計，以「龍」🐲為主題，色彩鮮明😛啲點心全部都好精緻，啱曬打卡！🔻肉鬆馬拉糕 $32馬拉糕好鬆軟，面頭鋪滿左肉鬆，味道咸咸地咁好特別，好少會食到咸嘅馬拉糕😚🔻一口豆腐 $48呢個有啲似椒鹽豆腐，餸飯一流，一啖一舊豆腐，炸到好香脆，配埋豉油一齊食，真係好味🤪🔻龍餃子 $42有筍尖蝦餃皇、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、酸菜魚鳳眼餃同埋松露野菌晶瑩餃，每款餃都各有特色，賣相吸引😍😍🔻龍燒賣 $38有懷舊燒賣、麻辣牛肉燒賣、龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣同滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣😋真係有成粒鵪鶉蛋係上面，超大粒超好食😆🔻拉絲菠蘿包 $36菠蘿包皮好脆，入面係芝士餡，真係做到拉絲嘅效果😛🔻一口鹹水角 $32兩隻顏色其實都一樣，入面係豬肉同茄子嘅餡，所以食落有啲似魚香茄子煲嘅味道😆😙個皮好脆😛🔻鰻魚荷葉飯 $78好有荷香嘅味道，上面有好大條鰻魚，加埋少少嘅醬汁，啲飯軟硬度適中，好味☺️🔻📣而家晚市仲有8️⃣折，真係好抵食🙀
