終於食到想試到超級無敵耐嘅 @jomocoffeecakes 喇！！！之前已經特登嚟過一次，但可能因為佢六點閂門，我上次三點左右嚟到已經冇晒想試嘅黑芝麻味戚風蛋糕🥺其實本身同 @168hungryki 因為怕太遲去到又會無曬，所以諗住食咗蛋糕做我哋嘅早餐先再去搵其他野食😹但店員好好，俾我哋reserve咗先，食完個lunch再番去食個甜品！不過唔知係咪因為呢排大家少咗出街，佢哋都準備少咗蛋糕，我星期日嘅11:30去到已經係最後一件hojicha cheesecake😳😳所以大家如果有心食嘅話都可以好似我哋咁reserve咗先～.finally got a chance to try this chiffon cake from @jomocoffee 😋 the last time i came to jomo they sold out of all the cakes i wanted to try 😆 so this time we called ahead of time to reserve those cakes 😊 overall, not sure if our exp

finally got a chance to try this chiffon cake from @jomocoffee 😋 the last time i came to jomo they sold out of all the cakes i wanted to try 😆 so this time we called ahead of time to reserve those cakes 😊 overall, not sure if our expectations were too high but wasnt too surprised with the cakes 😂 they were still really good chiffon cakes, just nothing out of the ordinary! But still worth checking out in my opinion!

可以話係為咗呢個蛋糕先至嚟㗎～不過唔知係咪太大期望，佢純粹係一個好食嘅戚風蛋糕，冇咩大驚喜🤪
蛋糕嘅質感棉密鬆軟，濕潤度啱啱好，就咁無cream咁食都唔會太過乾。
味道方面，本身戚風蛋糕嘅黑芝麻味唔算太濃郁，不過配埋黑芝麻cream就變得超香嘅黑芝麻味，但又唔會太過甜或者太過膩。不過如果再多少少cream就perfect喇，略嫌食到尾唔夠🙈

本身唔太好茶味既我偷食左 @168hungryki 一啖🤪
開頭食落覺得茶味唔係太濃郁，芝士味比較重，但食落茶味就會慢慢咁浸出嚟～再加埋上面嘅cream茶味就會相對比較重啲，balance番芝士嘅膩。
如果平時覺得食芝士蛋糕好膩好滯嘅話，呢個茶味重嘅芝士蛋糕應該會啱你！
