💙《Blue Bottle Coffee》登陸香港時已很想去探店，但係見到人潮就卻步了。直到食店最近在IFC開設第二間分店，我腳步要前去了。💙食店位於IFC 3樓，環境相當開揚，一大片落地玻璃，時尚的設計，淺色的椅檯，圓圓的燈，整體來說自己很喜歡，望落去感覺舒適，放鬆心情享受咖啡及糕點。💙餐廳基本上是自助式，點餐付款後會問你名字，當食物飲品準備好，會呼喚你的名字取餐，個人覺得用呼喚機較好，我就是聽不清楚是否叫我們。💙咖啡店要飲品出色，Blue bootle 做到，滿意的一杯Mocha。配角食物亦相當不錯，尤其是Waffle，熱住食很好吃，面層砂糖突出口感。另一個Chocolate Cookies 亦都很好吃，內軟外脆，海鹽與朱古力混合後，不覺得滯。Iced Mocha 🌟🌟🌟🌟咖啡及朱古力味香Waffle🌟🌟🌟🌟外脆內軟Chocolate cookies 🌟🌟🌟🌟海鹽+朱古力曲奇，不甜Scones 🌟🌟🌟外脆內軟個人評分食物/飲品🌟🌟🌟🌟服務🌟🌟🌟環境🌟🌟🌟🌟衛生🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食🌟🌟🌟回頭率🌟🌟🌟🌟5🌟為滿分
