呢間大橋街市附近呢古早蛋糕店,口味相對比起其他大部分嘅古早蛋糕店嘅十幾二十款要少,只有六款,分別係原味、黑糖核桃、流心芝士、伯爵茶、朱古力同抹茶紅豆。佢哋可以一盒雙拼,方便客人可以一次試多啲唔同口味。於是我揀咗原味、黑糖核桃、抹茶紅豆同朱古力。蛋糕外皮完整,食落有小小焦香味。蛋糕濕度啱啱好,令到口感鬆軟Q彈。個人覺得黑糖核桃最好食,因為黑糖有獨特嘅香甜味,而粒粒核桃又豐富咗口感,增加咗甘香。原味雖然相對普通,但蛋香味濃,係最簡單原始嘅味道。朱古力味都好濃郁,中間夾咗一層流心朱古力,有啲食緊心太軟嘅感覺。抹茶紅豆無論口感顏色還是營養上本來就係絕配,清新嘅茶香配香甜嘅紅豆,用嚟做古早蛋糕當然都係冇得輸。
