坦白講我最近試左好多串燒😹，但呢間真係不錯，等我話比大家聽點先叫好食。大家都知道，如果肉燒得唔好，會變得很好硬，但如果係外面加上一層外皮，就可以保持肉質的水嫩口感。我食落就各得呢間餐廳將所有的韌嘅肉加左層薄薄的酥脆（或者其實用左好多油），令所有的肉都充滿油份同辣辣地刺激嘅口感，都真係不錯！
