우리 🇰🇷Chef JimKim Special Menu ~ HKD1480由韓國釜山人Jim Kim開設兼掌廚,所有食材都係韓國直送。用紫蘇油炸及三次風乾的釜山海苔及濟洲海藻配上韓牛他他。Tasting Menu中的韓國傳統粥;珍珠米配鰻魚湯,都是選用自家韓國農田種植的韓國珍珠米,原粒米每天一早脫殼再用韓國特製蒸飯機即煮,口感飽滿 煙韌。鰻魚湯熬了超過10小時,米白色魚湯非常鮮甜;配上5種韓國傳統伴菜—韓式黑豆甜合桃、醃製芝麻葉、魚鰾伴菜、花生小魚乾、海帶。最後以濟州島有名的柑橘燒酒作配搭整餐飯,非常清爽。
