Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間主打一人燒肉的日本過江龍在香港開了那麼多分店但人氣還是保持得很好,今天去到餐廳才5點多就已經排起長長的隊了,果然在旺角區就是人氣旺了!這裡最好就是可以自己一個就可以大吃一頓燒肉,不用在意其他人目光,而且燒肉種類也挺多,連日本的和牛也可以吃到,最便宜叫50G才幾十元就可以吃到了,認真划算!牛五花300G(108元)這個應該是性價比最高的套餐了,一個價錢就能吃飽飽了!來到看到是一個小肉堆,真的很過癮!牛五花肥瘦相間,吃起來肉質滑嫩,又有油香,愛吃嫩點就不要燒那麼久,想要焦一點也可以!套餐還包括了湯,沙律和白飯!白飯用上珍珠米,而我就選了300G,滿滿一大碗,配上燒肉真過癮!美國頂級西冷牛扒120G(122元)雖然是120G的,但也是挺大塊的!燒過以後肉質挺嫩,肉汁挺多的,邊邊的筋位也能輕鬆咬動!油花比想像中的還要多!豬五花腩肉50G(18元)豬五花腩肉外表看起來不會太肥,而且是不帶皮的,吃起來肉質爽滑,帶點油香!生蛋(8元)特意叫來配燒肉的,燒完的肉沾上生雞蛋,然後再沾上燒肉醬汁,吃起來更滑嫩,更惹味!可樂(10元)天日鹽窩夫雪糕(28元)看到餐牌說要燒一下,但不要燒太久,試完以後還真

看到餐牌說要燒一下,但不要燒太久,試完以後還真的可以,表面會焦焦的,多了一份焦香,吃起來是冰火的口感,中間的鹽味雪糕也挺特別,鹹甜的味道!
