— This was such a unique combination of flavours and not something I’ve ever had in dim sum! The seaweed flavour was extremely strong and fragrant and worked really well with the fungus. Both elements were balanced and not overpowering. These were pretty to look at and also tasted amazing.

— Really good siu mai. Slightly on the saltier end but the flavours were there. They were filled with a good ratio of pork and prawn filling which was all very well seasoned. However, the crabmeat roe didn’t really taste like much and really only added a visual element to the dish.

— Texture was interesting! The mushrooms and sea cucumber had quite a crunchy texture, and contrasted well with the soft and chewy texture of the dumpling skin. The flavours were not as strong as the seaweed dumplings, but the mushroom taste still came through. These have to be consumed pretty quickly or else the dumpling skin gets overly chewy.

— Very average. These were slightly too oily and tasted a bit of oil whilst the filling wasn’t that flavourful.

— SO GOOD! One of the best fried rice dishes I’ve had honestly... The fried rice base was so well executed, perfectly stir fried to a dry finish and every grain of rice was coated with egg. The sauce was so delicious and tasted of conpoy and mushrooms. It had the perfect consistency and worked well with the fried rice. The roasted duck gave the dish an extra fragrance and I loved all the different textures that each of the elements had to offer.

— This honestly just tasted like 叉燒包 😂, filling tasted the same and I couldn’t really taste the duck. The bun was tasty though!

— So cute to look at but taste was very average! The sea bass taste was really prominent but otherwise, it just resembled a 蝦餃.

📍Ambiance: Bright and beautiful interior, staff are incredibly polite and friendly - their service is impeccable.
This place is definitely worth trying out!
