To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次寫食評，希望唔好有其他人中伏。啱啱入去嗰陣已經知道自己瀨咗嘢，星期日晚飯時間一台客都無。首先個拉麵個湯好正！完全係出前一丁豬骨湯麵個湯包嘅味（麵同其他嘢係正常質素，喺foodcourt食會冇咁嬲）。跟住個刺身拼盤仲正，質量直逼爭鮮級數, 個三文魚刺身一夾上嚟就自己分解咁滯，師傅個刀工真係勁，仲可以切到一片片。壽司拼盤不想解釋自己睇圖片。全間餐廳得兩台客，要提佢加茶先識得㗎都夠膽收加一！叻！
