To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食豚王食得多😝成日都食黑王😂今日試左限定王😎係「豚王 10周年記念櫻祭-SOUL BLOSSOMING」的櫻祭定食，當係感受下日本的櫻花季🌸😚呢Set都幾抵食$138，有晒3樣野：🔸 春祭限定拉麵 – 桜海老王🌸🦐🔸櫻花可樂🌸🔸櫻花水玄信餅🌸🌸想講呢set定食真係會令人少女心爆發😚 賣相好靚😝櫻花蝦拉麵的湯底好鮮甜！鮮雞湯混合左濃郁既櫻花蝦粉同好健康嘅紅菜頭汁，所以湯底都係粉紅色㗎😍湯底仲落左忌廉，飲落好濃郁，好香蝦味。配料都有好多，除咗櫻花蝦，仲有蓮藕、紫椰菜、幾塊慢煮雞肉，肉質軟林，一啲都唔乾柴。個可樂樽真係超靚😍飲落有清香嘅花香味，完全冇藥水味😛食完拉麵仲有櫻花水玄信餅，十分Q彈，仲有啲黑糖汁，幾好食😋店內仲有由日本著名切繪藝術家大橋忍，為豚王團隊創作出以「花見」為題的切繪畫作🌸以全人手雕刻製作複雜而美麗的紙雕作品同埋櫻花裝飾🌸仲有一系列櫻祭別注版紀念品，例如係櫻祭別注切繪水瓶版、日本奈良吉野限定櫻花酒。
