To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路經譚仔，好耐無食，懷念之極，立馬坐低，睇睇menu。其實自己唔食得辣，好衰唔衰，口心不一，係要叫碗麻辣，唔敢叫勁，只敢10小，肚絲豬腸，兩款小食，又係麻辣。好彩譚仔麻辣頗大眾化，10小唔勁，頂住有餘，小食香麻，辣味恰到好處，肚絲煙靱入味，豬腸皮脆軟潤。狼吞虎嚥，好鬼好味，米線雖無咩特色，但都算中規中舉，最緊要係，10小OK喎！小小辣提升整碗美味，但又唔會KO你既味蕾，令你除左辣味就唔知食緊乜。唔食得辣之人就明我講乜非常滿足，埋單81是次肚餓指數為7/10，參考參考
