慶祝10月舊同事生日飯,訂了6:30 的枱,安排了我們坐獨立房,既舒適又寧靜,岩晒我地成班女人高談濶論呀!我地叫左個6人餐,再加左隻北京烤鴨同埋小籠包,好豐富呀!雞絲粉皮,普普通通,粉皮有點厚。招牌燻魚,意想不到還是暖的,有酸酸甜甜的味道,好好食。花雕醉雞,醉味重帶苦,雞肉好滑。清炒蝦仁,是我吃上海菜必吃的,這裡的有點油,但都好爽口,配上香醋,仍舊非常味美。小籠包,皮算薄,湯汁豐富亦夠熱,味道不錯。賽螃蟹嫩滑可口,加埋香醋,正!鐵板京葱爆牛肉, 京葱太大堆頭喇,鐵板上枱,好香好香好惹味。翡翠鮮魚羹,略嫌太多芫茜,魚肉有少少鯹。火腿炆津白,中距中規,津白很甜美。北京烤鴨,正呀!師傅刀工都又好,每一片都好平均,上枱仲暖既,皮還脆。高力豆沙,皮太厚,豆沙太少,如果可以轉拔絲香蕉就好喇!$1600 / 7個人,真係好抵!
