To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晩一行四人同學聚會。6:40pm 左右去到,人不太多,但到後期差不多全場滿座,這𥚃的吸引力果然不簡單。這期主題是蠔,関於蠔的食物不少,生蠔有3款,比較細小但海水味濃,菠菜焗蠔焗得不太乾,酥炸生蠔炸粉比較厚,蠔皇炇伊面濕左d,炸蠔餅好香口。海鮮開邊龍蝦細小冇乜味也冇乜肉,蟹腳肉多又結實,蝦同青口就正正常常。燒肉眼扒嫩滑多肉汁,羊扒肉質實但味道不錯,刺身試左北寄貝、仿鮑片、吞拿魚,吞拿魚切到好細粒有點小家,灼左個雲吞喇沙湯幼面,湯底濃烈充滿椰香,燒味义燒及油雞放在麵檔前面用個碗裝著,切到碎濕濕,义燒有點蜜糖肉實硬左d,油雞就成個碗都系汁水。冬蔭功湯朋友激讚,我冇試。甜品就比較弱,葡撻仔旦味不濃撻底比較乾好似吾夠油咁,麵包布甸冇乜味,鮮忌廉旦糕好鬆軟忌廉入口即溶好新鮮,窩夫硬身非常,芒果千層酥吉士香濃酥皮鬆化好食,芒果布甸因為放得太耐有點融了,水果品種好多,比較特別有霧蓮及龍眼,M字雪糕有十多款口味,因為好飽所以食了三球,西柚汁、橙汁、蘋果汁任飮,另包一杯餐飲。整體來,是不錯的。
