To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

0係我未ORDER之前個呀姐已經預早整左一底雞蛋仔, 賣相勁差又成餅野咁, 我以為擺得奈啦, 叫呀姐整個底比我, 佢都好樂意當我一路睇住呀姐整就發覺唔對路, 佢首先塗勁多油0係個雞蛋仔機上面, 再淋D比出面街黃好多既蛋漿上去, 跟住較閙鐘鐘一响, 佢打開個機, 餅蛋仔分開左2半痴晒係部機既2邊, 呀姐用支野係咁人手咁督番D爆開晒既雞蛋仔出黎我見到勁唔開胃, 問點解底雞蛋仔爛晒, 個呀姐竟然宜家先黎話: 部機壞壞地喎吹漲!
